Service Scope

Sanctuary Signal by Alethos, LLC provides communication and coordination tooling for church safety operations. Features may include SMS dispatching, app-based workflows, and administrative controls.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful safety operations. You are responsible for account access, role assignments, and message content sent through your organization.

SMS Program Terms

By enrolling in SMS messaging, users consent to receive operational messages from Sanctuary Signal deployments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent and Records

Organizations are responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate consent for recipients and for keeping records of enrollment and role assignment decisions.

Availability and Changes

We may update features, pricing, and policies over time. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Communication Reliability and Intended Use

Service performance depends on third-party networks and infrastructure, including mobile carriers, internet providers, and Wi-Fi availability. We cannot guarantee message delivery timing, routing, or receipt in every situation.

Sanctuary Signal is intended to supplement your communication plan, not replace in-person direction, radio procedures, or other emergency protocols. Like all communication channels, failures can occur; your organization remains responsible for layered operational readiness.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanctuary Signal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
