SMS check-in and checkout
Pricing
Simple pricing for structured SMS coordination.
Start with the plan that matches your Sunday team. Every plan includes the core Sanctuary Signal workflow: check-in, status, direct routing, supervisor broadcasts, admin visibility, and shift summaries. Larger teams add advanced routing, private shift channels, watchlist workflows, and redundant SMS delivery when their policies are ready.

What counts as an active user?
A monthly active user is someone who actually participates during the billing month - they check in, send a message, or receive a routed message. A volunteer who is on the roster but never texts during March does not count as active for March.
Example: Twelve volunteers serve across four Sundays, but only nine unique people check in or message during the month. You bill for nine active users, not twelve roster names and not forty-eight shifts.

Pricing questions
What counts as a monthly active user for billing?
Monthly active users are unique users who check in or send or receive messages during the month. Billing is based on monthly active users, not roster size, shifts, or days used.
Is there a long-term contract?
Plans are designed to be straightforward with month-to-month options and cancel-anytime posture. Confirm current terms on your agreement or with sales during checkout.
How does metered SMS work after included messages?
Each plan includes a monthly SMS and MMS message pool. Most churches stay within that pool. If you exceed it, additional messages are billed at $0.03 each, so even 500 extra messages would add about $15. The admin on shift or supervisor receives usage alerts as you approach high watermark limits. Messages keep flowing without interruption so emergency coordination can continue. The admin dashboard shows message usage and monthly progress toward your allocated limit at a glance.
Which plan should most churches choose?
Medium is the default recommendation for rotating volunteer teams. Choose Small when you are replacing a chaotic group text with a small crew. Choose Large when you need private shift channels, watchlist workflows, and stronger accountability across a larger team.
